Google Pixel 8 WiFi Connection issues: Quick Ways To Fix

Quick Fixes

Soft Reset your Google Pixel 8

  2. Tap the “Power Off” option.
  3. When the phone is turned Off completely, wait for 15 seconds and then turn it back ON with the help of the Power button.

Disable WiFi Scan Throttling

You will need to enable the developer option to access the “WiFi Scan Throttling” option.

Forget WiFi network and reconnect
  1. Go to the “Settings->About phone” on your phone.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom and tap “Build number” several times until the message appears “You are now a developer”.
  3. Next, go to “Systems” and tap “Developer options”.
  4. In developer options, search for the “WiFi Scan Throttling” and disable this option.

  3. Use the volume buttons to select the options and the power button to confirm the desired option.
