If the AI Voice transcript feature stuck or freezes at a point and does not go further, then there might be permission issues. The microphone permission might not be allowed for this feature.

To tackle this issue, You need to allow all the permissions for this feature,

  • Tap “Apps” and then search for “Live transcribe & Sound Notifications”.
  • Tap “Permissions” and then tap “Microphone”.
  • Now, select the “Allow only while using the app” option.

If still the voice transcript is not working on your Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, then consider performing a soft reset on your smartphone.
