You can easily solve this problem with a simple quick fix known as a soft reset in the first place. After that, if the problem persists, then follow the other proven fixes.

Perform a Soft Reset

  3. Once the phone is turned OFF, turn it ON by pressing and holding the “Power” button.

Perform Factory Reset
